Is there a way to stop unintended scrolling of the map, while laying track, for instance. I'll be laying track, and accidently or carelessly move the mouse, and off goes the map in a wild scroll.
Are you sure that you are not accidentally catching your right mouse button whilst scrolling? I have found that this can cause strange behaviour especially when rotating objects, so it may be the same with splines.
