Most of them are for TRS2004 so have several small errors in TRS2006 and above but are easily corrected. Post the kuid number of one or a couple that you're having a problem with and we'll help you.

CMP says that it can't find the kuid 9000:51013.

It doesn't work and I already have it.
I downloaded BNSF 8-40b #8603,<kuid2:113556:60077:3> which used the kuid2:9000:51013:1 enginespec. After cleaning up about 50 texture errors I tried driving it. CAB mode worked ok, max speed 80 mph. DCC mode however was a lead sled. Edited the enginespec to change max speed from 33 to 36 meters/sec (equivalent to 80 mph) and changed the max-accel value from 1500 to 50000. DCC drives similar to CAB now.

I've given up on his locomotives for this reason. There are too many errors to contend with, and I got tired of fiddling with them to find the missing and broken bits. Sadly many of them are due to carelessness rather than actual errors with the program. TS2010 is more strict and reports the errors in a more verbose manner.
He makes great content, but only if it were in better condition to start with. It is this type of situation that causes the users to say that the program is not working. As we can see here, it's not the program, but the content instead.

I have now solved the problem for this issue. The reason why they don't work is beacause they are reskins. The place to get them from is a website called www.steammachine.com/bdaneal (by the way, it's freeware). Once you have downloaded your locomotive, you can come back and get the reskins.
