Why Screen shots will not work on a personal route

I have been trying to figure out how my program will not allow me to take screenshots but can with other other routes. This route is soon to be out on the market but when I check my screenshots it doesnt appear in the folder... is there something I am missing?

When in Trainz, press F5 to hide the interface and press F12 to take the shot. The screenshot will be in your UserData folder inside the TS12 folder.

I use PrtScr(Print Screen), it saves to the screenshot folder too.

If you go with the PrtScr option you will have to dig deep into your trainz folder to locate it. But it is no too hard to find. First get into your trainz 12 folder which should be in your N3V folder of the program files folder. Once there, go into user data then you will have a folder named screen shots.
