Why is Content Manager Plus not letting me download anything?

Content Manager + has been acting weird. It's not been Making the sound & when I have somthing on the list, it always says SERVER FULL. What is going on?

Try re-entering your username and password in the settings panel.

And if that doesn't work, go to your Profile and edit your password by re-entering it without change, then save it.
