Why can't I download stuff???

I'm trying to download kuid 45977:101413 without success. The Download helper is not doing anything. It logs on OK but gets stuck with the "downloading dependent assests" screen.

This has been going on for some period of time now. It's rather frustrating having purchased software that promises downloads from a website but that facility seems to have stopped recently.

Helper has been OK here, been using it all afternoon.
Try it using FTP, that usually works OK when Helper is playing up.

I've been able to search and download from the DLS today - without problems (this morning), so I don't think it's the DLS....

If you are using 2004, then try using the "FTP" download - you will then have to use Trainz Objectz to ensure that you get all of the assets required.

I note that the pack is quite large and has lots of other dependencies - you'll need a first class ticket for this amount - or ftp download in bits and pieces! It may be that the helper is taking a long time to find a dependent asset (which may be faulty!)
