Why can't I download kuid_123250_1123.cdp

I'm trying to download [FONT=&quot] kuid_123250_1123 but whenever I click 'Start', it stops and it says 'Retry'. When I press retry, the same thing happens :/
Can someone pls tell me why isn't it working
