Why are there no Tutorials in game?

Why, if I click on one of the 2 turorial Tabs are there none in there?

How do I use the DLC?

If I have installed Trainz in another directory than default, will it install the updates I download in game to the directory I installed it in?

There are tutorial sessions in the game, but first you need to read the manual, most don't bother and then wonder why nothing works for them.
Yes, your D/Loaded content will be put wherever you installed Trainz.
Access it and the DLS by clicking on "content" on the start menu.
