Why are the trainz versions I registered not showing up?

I have registered TS2010,and Trainz 12,which I got recently,but none of them show up on the thing in the forums that I have both versions. I have registered both versions,(Which is the security code.) But none show up. Would anyone possible know why they show up? I just am wondering if there is a reason. NOTE: Trainz 12 is the one I got recently.

Assuming you have registered them to the same account, something went wrong between the registration process and sending that information to the forum. Unfortunately that happens more often (and to my understanding it is “on the todo list” of N3V).
The only way to fix that is via a ticket to the Helpdesk (link see above).

The older versions are not set up to automatically show up in the forum banner. You need to generate a trouble ticket to have them manually added (see Helpdesk above). I had to do the same in order to get my registered versions added.

You have registered them at My Trainz https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php as well as during the install?

If the former, new or secondhand? A used disc is likely to have already had the serial number used by the previous owner and therefore useless!

Nah, Vern, he's talking about the banner under his forum name, from what I read. He successfully registered his copies; they are just not showing up here, which is a known problem for previous Trainz versions.

I did already register them,they were both the disc version,and I did not register them during the download.
