Where can I find TS 2010 Patch to Go from Build 41491 to 44088

I just had to rebuild my PC from scratch and in reloading TS 2010 I found that the "default" build level is 41491.

The only patches and I can find in the Auran announcements group start at build 44088.

Can anyone help or do I just give up on TS 2010?
