Where can I find power lines like this?

Check USLW, they have a lot of such splines.
There are some russian powerlines on the DLS which also look fine.
Look for "LEP" on the DLS.
User "eurostar" made some fine ones which can also be found on the DLS.

All I could find at USLW were "Powerline Trackside 1 & 2" and "Utility Poles USA 1" They somewhat do the job, but I noticed the bottom wire on Utility Poles USA 1 is way too low, and in most cases the train will hit it if I have it over the track. From Eurostar, I have "Power Poles" and "Utility Poles". I sometimes use "JR MS Telegraph 8 Wire" I have also noticed that most of the LEP's are single poles and you have to wire them up yourself, which can become a huge pain.

BTW the 2nd and 4th in the list I made are the ones I'm looking for the most.

If you have ts12 there are some power poles. There is two splines named power poles and connecting wires that go with the utility poles and can give trains clearance.

I know about those and I use them a lot. I also found "NZ wooden power poles 1-3" on the DLS, so most of the ones in the list are covered. Now I'm just looking for the 2nd, the 4th, and the last one.

If you're willing to live without the big insulators, joosten put something pretty similar to your second pic in his Canadian Rocky Mountains 2011 route, he may be able to help you out:
