Use Content Manager to download. Using the online download helper does not work under Windows 7 and up due to security restrictions in the operating system.
If you do need to download something from the white pages, use the FTP link provided in the asset description. This will download a CDP file which you can then import into TS12 using Content Manager. If you do download via FTP, ensure you get all required dependencies for your asset.
