Wheelslip/Sanding & Coupler Breakage

Ok so I'm trying to make this game as realistic as possible by going into the Options and setting them as such. I noticed in the Help box (THIS PIC) that welcomes me to "Trainz Classics" even though I'm playing TRS09, it says for wheelslip/sanding and Coupler Breakage under the NOTE paragraph for each that these settings are set to OFF by default and that I need to "Switch it ON" by going into the Startup Options rule and turn both to ON.

So I go into Surveyer, go to the Startup Options (THIS PIC) to do just that, much to my suprise I see nothing about wheelslip/sanding or coupler breakage. If I go to Add a rule, the only thing I see that pertains is the ability to turn on or off the coupler breakage HUD which lets me see the stress to the couplers.

Am I missing something here?

Go to the rules, and scroll down to vehicle physics. Is should have a pic of an ATSF F7 with E=MC2 on it. There is where you can get these physics. Hope that this helps.

The help file is referencing the Vehicle Physics Rule. Although wheel slip is turned 'on' most of the time (at least I can get an effect from it at times without the rule). The rule does enable coupler breakage (plus a bit of tuning that you can do in relation to this), as well as allowing you to have a HUD for coupler breakage, and allows you to tune the wheel slip parameters to get them closer to what you prefer.
