There's one on the dls called "Wyefield Junction 2a Release April 2012". It is a transition-era freelance route with steep mountain railroading. Author is "handlaidtrack".

Dermmy has various routes. One you may conclude as North-East (I consider it Southeast, but whichever your preference), is his East Kentucky series. It may not include NYC or PRR, however there were some various North-Eastern railroads in the area in its heyday. You can check out his site: checkrail.com.
