I think it's the GP9 that is included in the Cajon Pass route by 3DTrainStuff for MSTS.

Cargill 305 is a GP9, exx NP 247, ex BN 1870, built 2/1956, builder number 21092. Google "Cargill 305" for more pictures.
Has an Espee sounding horn on it.
