can some body tell me the fastest way to create a schedule for a train

Lay track marks at the places you want the train to stop. Name them something you can remember. Then selected "Edit Session" from the main menu in Surveyor. There you can assign a Driver and lay out a string of commands for him or her to follow, e.g. Drive To track mark, Drive Via track mark, Unload, etc.

yea i do that all the time but i was looking for an easier way because i have tons of trains im putting on my route that i want to run at the same time

I use a base session with the schedule library rule.

Every schedule is entered into the library, which means I never have to recreate the same schedule more then once.

Anytime I want a train to run a schedule it's simply a matter of using copy commands from the library. It also makes it much easier to tweak the number of AI trains running at the same time on any given session. If it looks like a good session then save as -> with a new name.
