What is it with bogies in TS12?

Nearly every loco I download these days had a missing kuid.
This usually turns out to be a bogie. (Not available on the DLS.)
Why is this happening?
What has happened in TS12 that causes this?
How can I find the missing kuid?

I'd just go ahead and change it to one made by someone else, that matches your needs.

That is a good answer. Whoever, the question remains: Why is it that almost everything you download nowadays has a missing KUID, and it is almost impossible to find where it is?

I thought in my case it is because I am still on build 49922 ?

I do try to change the missing bogies but some times they end up halfway up the boiler.
You get some startling results when you don't know what you are doing.
If I knew how to position bogies I could change them.
It is quite a search to find a compatible kuid.
Sometimes there is an obsolete kuid I can use, missing the 2 at the beginning and the 1 or 2 at the end of the kuid but that is not often.
Today there was MKT 4-6-2 #401 kuid:602570:1324 missing one of the bogie kuids.
and Ann Arbor 2-10-2 #2552 missing bogie kuid 438995:1107.

I am still on that build but the problem has existed since I started TS12, long before SP1.
