So, I am in a Skype call with a friend, and he is trying to find the old CN S1b, and we go to USLW but the site is completely messed up. Anyone know what happened?

I noticed that as well. Maybe it's down for maintenance, or maybe the site owner finally lost it and said "Screw all of you pathetic Trainzers, I hate you and I'm taking everything away!"...or something :/

Yup, I have to google search to get to the download pages, and it appears that 3254 is no longer there...

(It appears the site has been hacked again as well)

Yeah, it's #@$%ED-UP alright! Well, since JR had taken them under their wing sometime ago [I stress the "sometime ago" part] they're the ones to ask.

Just type "all" in the search bar on that page to see all the downloads.

Yes that was me. The site gets frequent hacking attempts from eastern countries for some reason. Problem taken care of.
