What happened to the Virtual Motive Divition?

As the title said what happed to it? I've always been a Southern Railway fan, and a major fan of the Ps4. And I have seen Ps4 videos on youtube, and they say to get the locomotive from Virtual Motive Divition. I have tried to get it but it is nowwhere to be found. Honestly I am upset about the fact I can't find it. I just want a reason why I can't get it, or what happened to VMD.

VMD is going through a restart/overhaul. It might be a while before you get what you are looking for.
