What does this sticker say?

If anyone knows what the wording on this sticker says, please let me know. It's something ??? and the last word I think is "EQUIPPED" and no it's not "remote control".

To me it looks like the second word is PULLB?. (The ? is behind the hand rail) I am thinking pullbar. I agree with "equipped" no idea on the first one

pullback is a protection in RCL for speed control and stopping. yes i had seen it before.
