If you where to join a MP session what would you like to do?
Drive a long haul train?
Local freight where you pick up and drop off cars at each towns yard?
Pick up cars at industries bring to the yard for yard master to sort?
Be a yard master?
I'm working on a route that is 50 miles long and has 10 towns 60 some IND.
3 local freight one has about 80 cars and make 2 stops & travel about 20 miles.
2nd travel about 25 miles and make 3 stops & carry about 75 cars.
3rd travel about 33 miles and makes 3 stops & carry about 90 cars.
One coal train travel from one end to the other making stops at all town yards.
Each train will take about an hour to do there trip.
Each yard master or crew member will take about an hour to pick up and drop off the cars in his/her yard.
This route should have plenty of interaction.
I'm asking this to help me to decide where to put the cars,I'm going to have 4 trains ready to go for those
wanting to drive a train when they join. Thinking of having one town with cars to be picked up if someone want to do that right off the bat.
Any comets are welcome.
Thank you for yours.

I agree with you Trackman this is a real pace of________as it is now. But you are haired when it come up on the MP session.
Mabe in the new ERA we will get a better MP game.???????
Cas, the trains are not a mile long! I know you like mile long trains.

Thank for replying.

Prototypical Class 1 Distribution to Shortlines for Industrial / Switching Operations.
Having a route with two ending Class 1 Distribution Classification Yards and perhaps four Shortlines in the mix would be great.
A section on the Class 1 Mainline with shared trackage rights.
Each shortline supporting a need for another shortline and when the processes of a commodity hits it final production then the Class 1 sends it to a Port for international shipping.

This is in my opinion a great theory for the ultimate MP 24/7 Route.

Until Stability Issues are resolved, Trainz MP has the ability for crashing resolution, among other things related to Trainz Route Building Issues due to layers MP is not of interest for me with Trainz.
When my Route I put tons of effort into became corrupt due to TS12 Layer issues among other issues, I have not touched Trainz since.

Yard master/yard crew, local freight or any job that involves switching. I find long haul driving to be a bit boring.

Driving a route from Pittsburgh's Conway yard, to Enola would be at least a 4 hour session ... I like driving from Johnstown to Mount Union, as that is long enough to be staring at a PC screen, looking through cab windows, which is tunnel visioned. And the trainhandling on the grades, with a 16,000 ton, 137 car train in tow, is quite challenging.

I have 3 hump yards in Altoona and Juniata, with 4 roundhouse repair facilities ... more than enough to keep me busy switching cars and locos.

Will I would like a few people to test out my route to see that all the industiery load/unload as they did for me while testing it.
do a fly over to see if the track is still where I put it.
I think all I have to do is put in the MP rule and it ready to up load.
For those that test it let me know if there any rules or drivers commands you would like me to add.
