What businesses do you need for your route?

Not so commonly seen (one can always hope) but I liked the suggestion about the political campaign office with the rock thrown through the window - it could perhaps come in US (GOP, Democrat, Tea Party), Oz (Labor, Liberal, Green) or UK (Tory/Liberal, Labor) flavours :D

Ah. T-Party. Good idea, poor execution. Please send money. We offer IOU's on expensive paper. Use to be our currency.

Anyhow, perhaps you could try a more weathered version of some of the older marquees. Not a dramatic abandonment approach but less intense colors. Thus older stores would look - well, older.

I would like that too. And maybe and empty store or two to go with them. The older strip malls in my area are not doing well these days.

Ikea is already on the DLS so what we need is:

Fry's Electronics.

If it is on the DLS, I can't find it. I would place Fry's next to Ikea on my route (which has its own LRT station) for one-stop shopping.

Geez guy's, I never new things were that bad over there that a bullet or brick hole was the norm these days?

Fry's and Lowe's are already on my long list. Stores empty and for lease were planned from the beginning, and are being made now, the pizza place I will place on the list now.:)

Hi Ed,

You have done some great stores. Thanks.

How about a ....Unemployment Office....with hundreds of people standing in line....all singing.... Happy Days are here again.

Have fun....

Thanks Ron, here's HOPING things will CHANGE soon....like in 2012!

BDP; I'm just reskinning buildings, but will take a look at what you've suggested and see what I can do. The list is getting long, so don't expect anything right away please.

Just a notice that I'm not accepting requests any more. In the future, when I'm ready I will give notice.;)

to aardvark1: try euphod's Hopenchange Plaza

It contains:
1. Day labor agency
2. Dollar General store with a "going out of business" sign
3. Collection agency
4. Food bank
5. Welfare Office

Alas, due to current economic conditions, I have had to place this in what were formerly middle class neighborhoods.
