Thanks to all of you for your knowledge. I don't think I could build my own computer just because if something did not work, I would not be able to figure out what is not working
I'll leave the assembly to the pros.
I'm not in a hurry so I have time to shop around.
That's half of the fun.
Not everyone has the time nor the inclination to build a computer from the bench up. Plus you have to deal with the possibilities of bad parts or your own mistakes. Fine if that's what you enjoy, but not me.
CyberPower has a spotty rep at best. I did a lot of research before having my machine built. Besides reading reviews and such I spoke to several people who own their products. I'm not saying they shouldn't be considered, they do have some great deals, but they have been noted for terrible customer service, using refurbished parts instead of new, and somewhat lax quality control on their builds. just like with most things, there will be people with good experiences and bad experiences so do a little homework.
You've had good experience with them so that's a positive.
