Wait for __ time can cause problems.

Just a bit of information for those who run sessions. If a consist is sitting waiting for a specific time that you (or someone else) has included in the consists' instructions and you save and quit the game, when you re-open the session to continue the play, any consist that was waiting for a specific time may become stuck. It doesn't "see" the time instruction and won't move. This doesn't always happen, but I have seen it many times. I have to go to the locomotive and add a 5-second instruction to the driver. Then the driver will begin it's instructions again and (usually) will continue its run. Just FYI.
 
It sounds like N3V never fixed this problem. This was an issue way back in the old days with TS2010 and TS12 from what I remember.
