Hello I'm trying to build the Norfolk Southern Bellevue Terminal, and I was wondering if there were and Wheeling and Lake Erie Units to be had?

Yes indeed, those striped handrails do look difficult.

Here's my version. I remember way back in my model railroading days, one of my first
kit bashing projects was an Athearn GP30. I wanted a 'B' unit, and it wasn't available.
It took a lot longer to bash that 'B' unit than it did to reskin these SD40s'. Not so
sure the end result looked as good either.
