Vouchers available for TS2010 and the Blue Comet pack.

I have some vouchers that I would like to give away to other members who could use them.

The following two vouchers have been sitting in my profile without me clicking the Accept Voucher or Reject Voucher links for either, so no expiration date is listed. If you want one, let me know and I will PM you its voucher code.

This is one of two (thanks N3V! ) TS2010 vouchers that I had sitting in my profile for months. I used the other one recently when purchasing TS2010, so I obviously do not need this one.
• 20% Discount Voucher for Trainz DLC - Blue Comet (Digital Download). Regular Price: AUD$19.99. Discounted Price: AUD$15.99.

(Removed the three vouchers with an expiration date, as they have now been sent to random members. Just as a note, I saw that the voucher expiration dates had been moved to the end of September 26 from September 23; interesting. )

The first member to request one of these vouchers is the member who will receive that voucher.

For whatever reason, the expiration date of the last three vouchers has been moved to 23rd September 2011, 11:59pm AEST. Anyway, if any of these last three vouchers has not been claimed by September 20th, then I am distributing them to random members. Since the expiration of the first two vouchers seems to be indefinite as long as they remain in my profile, they will still be available here.

That's most decent of you Retro, but, I too have a profile full of vouchers that I will not use and can only assume that the rest of the community has the same as you and I. If anyone does need vouchers then let us all know as there are plenty to go around. :wave:

I would LOVE one of your vouchers, but sadly, I just don't have 2010.
I have 2009, but I thought I saw somewhere that ServicePatch4 allowed for 2010 trains. Is that true?

I believe that may be so in many cases (with the exception of Speedtrees, of course). However, the Auran Shop pages for the Duchess (http://www.auran.com/shop/display_product.php?PID=343) and Blue Comet (http://www.auran.com/shop/display_product.php?PID=258) state that it repuires TS2010 SP3 and later. I would think that if this content was designed to be functional in TS2009 SP4, N3V would have stated so on the Auran Shop pages for those add-ons. So if the voucher you wanted was for either of those, then you may be out of luck (that does not mean that someone hasn't or couldn't prove me wrong, but those add-ons only working in TS2010 SP3 and later as per the Auran Shop looks probable to me).

Based on the Black Pages, it seems TS2009SP4 and TS2010SP3 are effectively the same Trainz-build. If so, then the addon packs SHOULD work. Of course, perhaps asking Chris would be the most prudent thing before gambling your money.
