There seems to be some confusion over run-off )or tie-breaker) voting. As I see it, you can, of course, vote for one of the same people you voted for in the first ballot. Of course, if you voted for both in the ballot, you have now to choose just one.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think it would be a good idea for the cases where someone has already voted for only one of the entrants that ended up tying in 1st place, as then it would probably be effortless to vote in the tiebreaker. For those who voted for two or more of the tied winning shots, there may be some more decision making to do to pick just one to vote for in the tiebreaker, so maybe still allowing them to vote would be okay.

@woodieshouse1 and cascaderailroad: Your votes were not for one of the tied 1st-place entrants listed in post 19, so they have not been counted. I'll clarify this in the opening post, etc., in future tiebreakers to avoid confusion.
