VMD--a possible resurgence?

Has anyone noticed that the VMD website seems to have been updated? Could this possibly mean they are back and producing content again? Also the payware part of the site seems to have been taken down. Anyone else besides me noticed this?

I registered at VMD recently as I need their freeware content for a number of routes but no luck as the site is still under construction but I was able find a link to the freeware content and used it to get access to the archived copy and I was able to download all of the freeware scenery and rolling stock so far.
