Vista warning

Having just come back from a holiday in Austria, I have been catching up on the forum but haven't found any reference to this item.

While coming back, I saw on the BBC World News the following news flash.

Microsoft have warned that the upcoming Vista upgrade will make some third party programs unusable.

I immediately had an image of Laurel and Hardy with Stan as Bill Gates and Ollie as the third party developers and his catch phrase "Another fine mess you've got me into!"

I'm running the latest Release Candidate for Vista SP1 and none of the programs I use have "broken". If anything, some of the programs that were "broken" previously are now working.

That isn't to say that every program will work under SP1, but the majority should work fine.
