Hmm, I think most of them will be route descriptions or session instructions belonging to a route and session combo and will become visible in trainz during driver operations. If you offer us the insight in the title you're interested in maybe someone will know where it belongs to.

HTML text for sessions is contained in kuid type HTML Asset which you can list using the CM Search Panel set for Category - HTML Asset. The problem is there is no dependency link between an HTML Asset kuid and the session that uses it. The only link between a session and the HTML is to look at the session in Surveyor and click Edit Session Rules. Find the Display HTML Pages rule, highlight it and select Edit. The Source Asset column lists the HTML Asset file by name only.
To view HTML Asset in the CM right click the kuid and select View Config File then scroll to the String container you'll find the HTML source. This may be text, enclose in HTML stuff or it may list .jpg graphic files that contain the actual wording. The graphic file can be seen by opening the HTML Asset kuid for Edit - Edit in Explorer to see the .jpg graphics or they may be in a separate Image folder.

For sessions and HTML assets created using TS12 the dependency link is there.
