Very frustrating track problem...

Wondering if anyone's got an idea on this one. Been laying track for a new route, got it all layed out, ran engines and rolling stock around and had no problems. Now, a few days into adding station buildings and platforms, I've noticed that there are a few more vertice points than I had originally layed, and that they're not connected. Trains running around can't find their destinations due to these broken sections, and driving over them manually leads to derailments. Now, here's the real bugger, every time I click on the broken tracks the game crashes back to desktop - which means I can neither drive around the previously working route, nor fix the broken track sections.

I would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this.

Odd... but fixed.

Apparently screaming at the computer, then walking away for a while to knock back some champagne, did the trick. I have no idea how, or why, but since restarting this evening all is well again. Sometimes Trainz can just make my head boggle.

Peace.

Source of problem, and a contents heads-up.

I think I've figured out the cause of the glitches I've seen from time-to-time; there must be the wrong kind of leaves on the cpu. I do run mostly British themed content after all. ;)

Since the problem, touch wood, everything has been running smoothly.

And I'd just like to take a second to recommend the content being created by bjornl which is on the DLS. It's great to see some more scandinavian scenery content being created as it's always been an under-represented part of the Trainz world.

Peace,
