Yeah. I'm thinking that maybe a spline of them could be made. Sorta like the crop splines that are many rows wide. Wouldn't take so much work planting them then. :hehe:

lol yes indeed.:hehe: But I do like to have the control over where each individual one is placed since I make the areas closer better and strategically place them so that at certain views you don't see a blank blue sky in the background etc. But it would certainly help in the wide open areas:hehe::p

Warning large images in links provided!

Today the FVRR had a Saturday steam work session. I arrived 30 minutes early and was immediately tasked with preparing locomotive #97 for service next weekend for the "Your Hand on the Throttle" Program. Locomotive #97 only has 40 some odd days left of service before it goes down for it's very long overdue restoration process.
Here are some pictures I took:

Made some actual movies! Sure they are a bit laggy in some areas but that is expected of a 9 year old computer.:hehe::p
Description of the videos:
" Valley Railroad #40 puts the FVRR caboose on the back of the train, then runs around to head towards
Deep River.

This route is made by Trainz Commuter Rail. The rollingstock is all reskinned, and a lot of custom
objects have been made for this route. It has been very long hours on this route, and it is finally
starting to pay off. With the wonderful help of Gandalf0444 and all the pictures that have been taken of
real life counterpart route and equipment, the route in trainz has really come to life. ETA on release date is undisclosed.

Some pictures taken by Gandalf0444 of the real life counterpart are taken with permission and under
no circumstances should you walk on the tracks. Gandalf0444 in a Friends of the Valley Railroad
member and is allowed onto to the tracks and interact with the equipment when applicable to the task
at hand. So please stay off the tracks and when crossing them, stop, look and listen, before proceeding.

Thank you! and hope you enjoy!

P.S. I am aware that some of the shots are laggy. There is nothing I can do. The computer is old.
And Game Cam just sucks system resources down like crazy. When the final route is completed and released
you will get at least 20fps on a higher low system."
And now without further ado...:hehe::p:wave:

Are you serious? I would have bought that, man you gotta keep me in the loop!

Davis
Your never around:hehe:

Also on possibly May 1st, 2nd, as well as June 5th I am going to start training to become qualified to run the FVRR caboose for birthday parties etc.

I finally made it to Chester Station. Only about 4-5 miles left of track to put down scenery on. I hope to be able to power through the last 4 miles or so easily without any reduction in detail. I am still awaiting some more custom content so even if I do finish I will still be hung up.
