UTC doesn't activate First Class Ticket???

hello, I bought various versions and first activated TRS 2006 getting 3 months of First Class Ticket. Then I activated TRS 2004 getting 3 more months of First Class Ticket. Yesterday I entered the serial number for UTC and it was accepted and shows in the listing, however the First Class Ticket is not active.

Is that normal???
