using a horns extended driver command

I am working on a scenario where I have AI trains, moving at 60 MPH down the track and am trying to figure out a way in which I can make the AI trains sound blow their horns at specific points on the track. I've tried using a combination of navigating via track mark then using the hornz extended command. The problem is the AI slows down for the track mark. I don't want the AI trains to slow down. My question is: Is there another type of navigate via or drive via command that will not cause AI trains to slow down? Any Ideas? :)
 
I would also suggest using the Whistle Rule (name may be slightly different) or use Sound Horn/Sound Horn BiDirectional assets at the points where you want the horn to be activated.

P.S. Using any horn driver commands in the schedule will affect the train's speed - nothing you can do about that.
