Wow, that reminds me an old shot of the Reading I saw once. Great job, looks very realistic. Reading loved their GP30s, you could find trains powered completely by just GP30s. The loved their ALCo Centuries as well.

Those are EMD GP35's they are from RR mods, check under TRS 2004 content or in GP35 section.... make sure you turn compatability mode on and have the dependices....

Pete Willard's site (http://www.railsimstuff.com/fonts1.php) has some of what you need. As long as it is freeware, I believe he has no issues with you using it. Otherwise... using the tools in GIMP will be your best bet to recreate what you need.
