It is from http://lilbscreationz.freeforums.org/ but the tender is a build by wgkandsk but has not been released yet, along with the 4-8-2
Rumblin' along the route of the eagle 
UP Hotshot ZSTLHOU-26 roars over the DeSoto flyover (I know the train num. isn't right, but I only know BNSF's pattern by heart)
the same train rumbles past the Dupo, IL Amtrak station on a 40mph slow order
on a further slow order (this one down to 16mph!) the train passes a suburban housing subdivision just outside Dupo.
Apparently the UP wasn't having a very good day today: still on the 16mph slow order, ZSTLHOU-26 eases under the BNSF overpass and by the long-abandoned piers of the old Rock Island River Line.
Strange Happenings in Pratt's Hollow: The Williams Bay and North Western must be having track problems of its own, as it's routed train 15, the southbound La Bonaparte (but known to everyone else as the "Rainbow Flyer" for it's colorful and mis-matched consists) down UP metals. Here, with SP No. 4449 in the lead, it passes ZSTLHOU-26, finally having cleared the slow order and accelerating back to track speed.

I reskinned some Australian tramway track using the textures from the 750mm track from TrainzUP, then added the ballast from the same site. It will not be released.
