Oh, darned...I wanted to review it first!

I thought Canadian ALCo at the beginning.

It has road-switcher trucks...that's better than an ALCo switcher ride

The cab roof looks like a Century Series...

It looks to me like the American Locomotive Company produced a switcher competitive to the EMD SW1001 in about 1967.

Does it have dynamic braking?

We do have several default cabs that would fit perfectly including a left-hand side bi-directional long-hood forward ALCo cab from NSW...

...with a steam Ginny...:hehe:
