At sullivjs, looks good to me, more likely you could give me pointers than the other way around. Only flaw I see, whoever skinned that South Shore car should be informed the name of that railroad is "Chicago South Shore & South Bend", not "Chicago South Shore & The South Bend". :hehe:

haha thats very nice of you to say, still have lots to learn though :) And yeah, those "South Shore" cars aren't even close to the real deal, just more of a placeholder for now. I've actually lived in South Bend nearly my whole life so its kind of a personal quest for me to find these actual cars! Wish I knew how to make my own rolling stock :(

@sullivjs: Nice work, especially for a first route! Well done! :)

Regards,

Retro.

Thank you! Hopefully I'll have more updates soon!

Ask around someone should have a cdp of them. Landrvr1 made some a long time ago, they are only available via email however. I'm sure if you look around you can find some kind soul who would be willing to send them to you.

Thanks, I'll be sure to try. It's either that or learn how to design rolling stock. Considering I'm just beginning to learn how to use surveyor I think that option is a long way off haha

These are Landrvr1's content..needed a little upgrading to make them work with Trainz 2010 (Mac) but it was worth it, they look terrific!

My SotW reject for this week:

And just fooling around, right now the route is kind of a diorama. Every route I make I kind of treat as a model railroad, and I use pictures to make scenes, I saw this scene in a Trains Magazine "Trackside withe Trains" contest, but with a BNSF freight on it instead. I have no idea of the location, and I can't find the original picture right now...
