Eaglefan, what you do, is in Surveyor, you click the 'Paintbrush' button, or F2 (I think) which will open the textures menu. Then, at the bottom, there will be a almost fork-like button, and you click that and then, with the button selected, click on the texture, still in surveyor. That should make the texture list, with all the squares with samples of the textures, jump to the texture, and it'll have a white box around it

I did what you stated and the texture that showed up as the highlight with the white box around it was not the texture. It started erasing the texture and going back to the original grid before someone textures the route.

That's too weird for words, could that be one of them blue sky deals where users are blocked from cloning or using certain assets in their own routes?

Randy, what's the route KUID number and where did you get it?

"I'm modelling a '50's layout set on the East Coast. And I am wondering what would have been running around?? NYC area mostly, but what would have run passenger trains?? And other freight lines??"

Mostly New York Central and Pennsylvania before the merger, New York New Haven and Hartford, Delaware & Hudson, Baltimore & Ohio and Chesapeake & Ohio off the top of my head. Hoboken Shore probably ran into NYC, don't think they had passenger trains tho.

Where did you get that engine in in the front of the train and the rolling stock? I have been looking for those hoppers for forever! Thanks!

The front engine is a JR unreleased engine, the SD70Mac. And hopper cars can be found at RRmods.com.

hert:wave:

Hee-hee, gotta read the whole sentence, "a JR unreleased engine, the SD70Mac" is the relevant part, the RRmods refers only to the hopper cars.

Well, yak yak yak in the screenshot forum, guess I gotta get in compliance by posting some screenshots hey? Milwaukee RR yard at what used to be called "Grand Crossing" in the olden days, west side of Chicago at Grand and Central;
