USA Pics

Cool images Perrock. You made City and Country USA look amazing. I also like train shed you used for the terminal. Very quaint and the Taglo cars behind a B32 looks great. I could actually see an Amtrak B32 haul Taglo cars. Great shots all in all.

You mean something like this?

they are just reskins of ones on teh DLS, so the Cascades & LV Talgos def won't be released, as they don't have the fins. However I'll have to look into if I can release the other set. That being said DO NOT hold your breath I rarely send out release requests these days so it may be a long time before I do.

OK, thanks for letting me know and the reskin looks a lot better than the one on the DLS even if it is a different livery. Yes, that is what I mean by a cascades version and let me know when (and if) you are gonna release them!

Norfolk and Western Approaching MP58.02

Crossing Ahead:
Norfolk and Western crews are working midday as they pull locals to satisfy the demands of the branch. Here is T67 pulled by NW #3712, and EMD F7a. It's crossing on Flare Road, at a rural crossing.

N&W "Powhatan Arrow" at Parrott, Virginia

Sometime in the 1950s, the Norfolk & Western Railway crack passenger train, The Powhatan Arrow, paused briefly on the mainline near Parrott, Virginia to pose for an official company photograph.

The scene recreated, at the same spot along New River on the Appalachian Coal route, using Ben Neal's model of the N&W Class J #600 and the N&W passenger cars included in TRS12.

*Unfortunately, I couldn't recreate the exact angle of the shot because the camera refused to go any lower, because of the height of the surrounding terrain. :o
