USA Pics

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Nice shot there, Epo!

I built this route in TRS 2010. I'm putting in finishing touches and doing test runs right now. I believe I'll have it ready for upload to the DLS in the next few days.

Since this is a screenshot thread, here are a few more:

Thanks:) I pride myself on my cliff and route work. Unfortunatly I get bored of building a perticular route before I finish it...Thats why I'm now building short modules:hehe: Now I have to make a US one:hehe:

Thought I'd share my little piece of suburbia. Not much on trainz but I'll probably add a little more.

Another view of the rec center. It actually has three pools, with the kiddie pool being inside the rec office. There are baseball, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball and basketball fields and courts.

Very nice RRSignal. Great suburbia look although you might want to tone back some the trees.

Thanks. Yeah, I was thinking about that...using fewer trees that aren't as tall. Even though I'm not using SpeedTrees I think they do affect framerate appreciably.

I did not mind the trees...

though... way to much railroad... might want to cut back on that. :p

Great ericmp! I think some of George Fisher's gloomy look is rubbing onto you.:hehe: I did notice that on the second pic you have some grid showing. Just thought I'd let you know.

This will most likley get buried under all the other amazing shots here, and not get any notice, but why not.

Besides, there is more to the USA than the modern stuff (which is all that has been showin up for a while)

Crossing Smith Creek. Winchester dock is to the right out of shot and through the trees. Although diseving, this area is actualy Desert.

Based this one (eh, sorta) off of one of Andrewsaxamophone's (YouTube) pictures. I'm getting there.. slowly but surely. The train in the foreground is taking empties back to the BNSF Yard in Blakely, and in the background, two ES44s are stopped for the night. (That does seem awkward, but it is common practice :) )

Cheers,

Steve
