That's not a generator, that's a flipping great reactor!How can you call that hunk of a machine a "generator"?
I modeled that off the real thing alright. It's a natural gas fired generator for power plants made by GE. The real thing is 15 feet wide, 14.4 feet tall, 30.5 feet long and weighs 533,518 pounds. That train car is to short for the generator to fit on the deck and is grossly overloaded. Still a nice pic.Ha ha! Well Scott, the asset is named "gas generator," but I'm no expert, so I couldn't tell you what it's really modeled after. The prototype plant I'm modeling handles some pretty large-scale machinery (wind turbines, marine motors, etc.), so I thought something BIG would be appropriate.
