IC, what you do to get the dumptruck on the road as traffic, is to take the KUID of the dump truck and copy it. Then, go to CMP and find your region, probably United States. Open its config. In the config there should be a section with Car# KUID(or number)
Add another car# and paste the KUID of the truck after it.

Trainz Railroad Simulator 2006-May 18th 2008-June 19th 2009.
Here it is folks, the last screenshot taken in TRS2006 before its abrupt death.
Just as I started my first train with Illinois Central power, thus my last train ran with Illinois Central power.
This shot also was entered in the 1st birthday of Screenshot of the Week, which celebrated a beginning, now, we see an end.
Perhaps the greatest railroad simulator ever, I now must say goodbye, to Trainz 2006 and all I did in it.
So now we see the sun setting on an eastbound Illinois Central freight.
Rest in Peace.
(Pretty darn good obituary I think!)

Huh? Is your TRS06 dead or something? Have you tried reinstalling it? (And yes, I know that this doesn't work all the time. My 06 when I first installed it got corrupted and could not be used or uninstalled until I restored my harddrive.)
