USA Pics

@ Buffalo trainz: great shots. :) I like what I'm seeing.

@ Davis: your shots look great too and I'm glad you'll get around to putting supports under the bridge. I didn't know that they had a safety fence on that bridge (I figure it's too expensive to do that for every bridge). It's really tough trying to do something prototypical, but go with the feeling you like. After all, it's you who are making the route and if you aren't happy with it nothing else matters, if you ask me.

@ Bill nice skins and shots as always!

@ Everyone else who posted! Great shots!

Gisa ^^

Thanks, in DC they went even more exspensive and put a concrete wall. Normally its a non transparent stell barrier about 10 ft high that spans the bridge from lenght to length. They slapped them on every bridge from DC to Boston, except for a few on the MN territory (don't ask me why:confused: )

And now for something completely different:

Rugrat: I like the screen you set up there, very cool, almost like a bookmark.

A question though:
In the US the size of an image is usually expressed in width first, and height last such as your screen 420 X 820 Pixels. Is it different where you are? I'm asking because your signature seems to me to be 800 by 100 pixels.

And yes, that engine is in Rochelle, IL.:D

Wow George, that UP Transcon is looking nice. Very familiar with Wyoming terrain and you've managed to capture the lay of the land quite well. Thanks for sharing and any info on the route?

It is Laramie to Cheyenne over Sherman Hill. Fishlips did the terrain a zillion years ago but no one ever seemed to want to do it, so I thought I would give it a shot. Been many years since I rode on that route. I've just started, and I also have my other wintertime Wyoming route to finish so don't look for this one any time soon.

George,
You really did an excellent job capturing the dry and vastness of Wyoming!
That route looks superb, I am very interested in it! Keep the shots coming!

Bill/Slave-Driver, I'm trying to catch up with all these screen shots and saw your post #1886. Would you mind telling me what route that is? Thanks.

Wow great shot there Sampug394! And everyone else too since I posted last. Lots of good stuff here (ie pictures). What a talented community of route Trainz users.

:Y:

Why, Thanks a Lot! The Route is Coming Along Nicely. ;)

And Speaking of Which, Got an Even Better Picture, Same Route, but Using TBrysons AWESOME 4-4-0s: :D
