USA Pics

Issac, looks like their some cool stuff for trz09, I like the mini and the Peugeot. That SD40-2 looks like its from rail simulator.

Yes, its wonderful content, you should see my Australian Pics from the TS2009 thread. They feature the sample trackage that is on the main website. It also features the Wallangara station building. Since I played 09, I've fallen for AU trains, they are really nice......

You guys are having way too much fun teasing us with those DR locos, aren't ya? :p

And, so I don't look like a spammer:
*image*
CSX SD40 4617, the last CSX unit in C&O colors, pays a visit to Shades Valley powering a southbound coal drag. A sister SD40 behind her provides a glimpse into 4617's future, much to the chagrin of railfans everywhere.

Next computer I get is gonna be a desktop. No two ways about it. Having Trainz on-the-go is nice, but the whole slideshow dealie (I'm pulling 5 fps at the time that this screenie was taken, sliders all maxed out) gets old after a while. :hehe:

Where did you get the lead loco?

Got it at US Trainz, but it might be available at either USLW (doubtful), or West Coast Trainz. Or, it might not be available at all.

A tribute to the 4617

Hi all,

As many know, the 4617 was repainted into a YN3 livery, and i thought i could organize a tribute. Here ya go:

There are no new routes on TS2009, everything on there was featured in UTC, TRS2004 and 06 and there's the layout from Trainz Classics 1&2 the Harlem Line. The only thing that we aint seen before are the French and German routes from their respective TRS2007 versions.

Cannot remember what Eastern U.S. stuff was available, I remember Toronto Rail Lands 1954 and Marias Pass.

Cheerz. ex.

It's about the money...

 The so-called YN-3 paint scheme is the, or one of the heritage's of CSX in the Baltimore & Ohio...with all but one of the heads of the B&O as millionaires, I new it would come to this!

CSX SD40 #4617 is lucky to still be rolling, although as a trailing unit or yard switcher only...no head-end assignments for this one.

I hope one day the #4617 can be preserved.

Thanks J, its getting there, big enough for some short local switching and a little bit of mainline running, almost ready to release the first version, the size is probably comparable to GCL.

Some more pics from my fictional Passaic Central.
