[FONT=&quot]Former GCFX rebuilt SD40-3s. Dressed in simple and unimaganitve paint scheme they were the WC SD45 killers after CN took over. Given 6900 series numbers and WC sub-lettering these units didn't last long themselves. They were eventually purged from the roster when deemed by past management as uneconomical to operate and maintain. Here the 6943 rolls northbound into Sauntry Siding at Solon Springs WI.
