What locomotive is that? I'm thinking its the DES U18B but I could be mistaken.

Its a U23B, an older Trainz Forge model ^^ Not DES

It's 1996, and many of the CD&N engines are being renumbered and rebuilt. In this case, two rebuilt SD45-2's pass by, equipped with new AC units, gyrating roof beacons and new 645E3 prime movers to replace the worn-out ones. In the coming years, the SD45-2 fleet will be rebuilt with 16-Cylinder 710GA's which will give them 3800 horsepower and the designation of "SD45e."

Ignore the brick backdrop, focus on the focal point.

LOL! Great shots DARTrider! I like your fictional locos, and I am trying to ignore the brick wall, but that is a gorgeous model route! Is that your own, or one of PhilSkene's?

Thanks for the complements, yes it is one of Phil's. He makes some of the best routes I've ever seen!

In 1985, the CD&N railroad bought out the Rivercide Electric Railway and took over it's trackage, de-energized the catenary and made various improvements.. While the line was much too small for big 6-axles, they were seen occasionally on grain and coal trains. The 4-axles were present as well, working the various industries and occasionally pulling freights. Here, in 1994, some SD45-2's pull a train of grain to the port. Crews loved the line because of its beauty and ease of operations. In the coming months, a new organization would form that would create the Rivercide Transportation Network, or RTN.

DARTrider --

Nice screen shotz. It's good to see a couple of my routes being put to use. I suppose it was inevitable that when the team of Chuck, Joe and The Dispatcher retired that their railroads would be taken over by other companies. I had a few drinks with The Team last night and showed them your images. They suggested that when "Rivercide Transportation Network" takes full possession you get the MoW team out on weed control duties.
