The UP Loco is an SD60M, built by EMD in the early 90s. The 59PH was built by EMD in the early 90s. It's based on the 60M ;)

Delightful looking locos srs.

Nice Greetings

Epo:)

It looks like an all-out fight to the finish, knock-down-drag-out, no-holds-barred contest between two masters of the craft, striving to achieve the tough win in the screenshot of the week contest.

You guys are making it tough for the rest of us to keep up...but don't stop; keep up the great work that we all get to enjoy, and thanks!

Real nice shots guys! Just got K&L's new set of PRR steamers. Amazing stuff.

Here, the half hour train, pulled by PRR 1223, heads into Groff Grove siding to pass the hour train pulled by PRR 7002.

You mean this thread is for screenshots?

CSX coal empty heading westbound, returning from Union Power.

He will utilize the CLW to Ditchman and the LWP to Lewiston.

Just thought I'd show some pictures of my Freelanced Mega-Route. Supposed to be somewhat like Appalachia, but many different scenes persist throughout.

A B&O coal train meets a B&O Freight in Derringer. Derringer is located at the Bottom of two grades or four grades, depending on who you ask. The B&O arrived in 1856, and the PRR in 1867. While the PRR had a large yard in Derringer, today, its is gone, abandoned under the Penn Central. The B&O still serves derringer however, and the two rail-served industries left in the Town.

On the Opposite side of the previous picture, a 3rd B&O freight, representing all major Chessie System Lines, starts climbing out of the Dip. The B&O used to share Facilities within Derringer with the PRR, but pulled out after the end of steam. All that remains is the PRR shop and yards on the far end of town.

Ashford Yard is located just off the mainline, about 15 miles from Derringer. This is on the Ashford, Montoth, and Eastern Branch, Absorbed under the B&O in 1876. The Yard is a shadow of its former self, however, as Coal Loads along the branch have taken a large hit in the 20 Years before this picture. A Wye is in place to access both the AM&E and B&O line. Two Trains, both empty, sit awaiting their run to the mines. Ashford (AH) Tower stands forefront.

Our Final Scene occurs at another location along the AM&E. Curren Junction (CJ) was located here until 1961, when the last coal loads came off the Curren Branch. The Tower still stands. A 4 pack of new GP40-2s lead a manifest freight along Monokakon River.

One more that I forgot.

The east end of Derringer is marked with many indications of its former rail presence. At Derringer (DG) Interlocking, The B&O's AM&E Branch meets both the Old B&O Main and the Ex-PRR Main.A Manifest Freight enters the Interlocking, ahead of a Coal Train on the Old B&O. The Ex-PRR has only been abandoned for 4 years by this 1980 date, and due to the lack of funds to pull track, both the PRR Main tracks and yard tracks still remain. Watchful eyes may notice the fact that the B&O and PRR share a signal bridge here.
