What trees are you using?
I can't say for sure, because I didn't take the shot, but I have some nice high hood GP50s in NS's predecessor, Southern's tuxedo and they are from rrmods, I know rrmods has NS versions too.

Reskins of Jointed Rail?
Those are Dave Snow's storefronts and DMDrake's buildings. I also used some of TUME's buildings on the route, but I can't remember if they show up in those pics or not.

These buildings are TS12-Builtin used at the "Municipal Transit Railway" route.

Thanks for the wonderful buildings, TUME. I use them on just about every route I make. They seem to fit everything so well.

thanks for the compliment.
Just for your information, all these buildings (including the whole Municipal Route) are under refurbishment to get season change functionality working on it. I already created more than 100 replacements for all of these assets. Just check out the screens below. Just note that all the side path still needs to get updated for season change – at the moment the sides path does not turn into a snowy outfit if the season changes to snowy conditions.
As you may see at the screens the buildings now have normal maps and the fire stairs have all been made 3-dimensional using extra mesh. Unfortunately all the new buildings required quite a large number of polygons – although I used LOD technique. Therefore I will probably have to create it again in a way which makes reduction of polygons more possible. In addition to this I am also quite busy working at the Milwaukee Road Avery-Alberton and therefore it will need time until the new buildings will be ready for release.
But just for the time being, a little imagination of a seasonal City :
