The original crane can be found here http://www.trainz.cz/download/trakcni-vozidla/ostatni-vozidla/1261-edk-300, and as Matt3985 said, I have removed the buffers, and also add a US coupler to "my" crane.
The backdrop can be found here https://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS_viewasset.php?AssetID=384083, and the engine is a repaint on one of JR's GP38's.
