That would be one of Norfolksouthern37's three different Crossing Checkrails on the DLS. There's three different lengths: 'Crossing Checkrail 12' (feet), <KUID2:45324:26004:1>, 'Crossing Checkrail 24' (feet), <KUID2:45324:26005:1>, and 'Crossing Checkrail 32' (feet), <KUID2:45324:26006:1>. These can also be used at railroad crossings.
